Job description
This position is primarily open to any candidate from a European country (except Italy) who already has a good knowledge of the Italian language.
As part of the development of its activities, Sia Partners wishes to recruit a V.I.E. HR Transformation Consultant.
Managed by experienced consultants, as a V.I.E. you will be working on the following themes:
- HR information tools and systems (HRIS): project management and operational implementation.
- Training and skills development: implementation of virtual collaboration spaces (digital communities), optimisation of the structure of the training offer (rationalisation, digitalisation, and implementation of courses), improvement of training management processes and tools (LMS).
- Design of organisational models: as-is analysis of the organisational structure, formulation of recommendations for performance optimisation, support in the implementation of new organisational models.
- Data analytics: data management and analysis in the context of staff sizing projects, performance management, dashboard design, ...
- Change management: design of communication plans, training plans and support for the client's resources.
You may also be called upon to work on cross-cutting projects.
Within the framework of the firm's internal activities, your participation is based on the following areas:
- Commercial development by contributing to commercial actions.
- Strengthening our offers by contributing to our internal working groups.
- Contributing to the development of our publication policy by writing articles for the Sia Partners blog.
Qualifications
Graduated from a top engineering school, business school or university, you have a proven experience in consulting or in the field of Human Resources (internship, gap year or first job).
Soft skills: professional rigour, open-mindedness, sense of analysis and ability to synthesise, good communication skills, ability to work in a team, problem solving skills and the ability to quickly take responsibility for high added value assignments within a dynamic structure.
Spoken languages: fluent Italian and English are required.

Payment: in accordance with the Business France scale + Going and Return transport.
ELIGIBILITY FOR THE V.I.E - Any application not meeting these criteria will not be considered.
- Anyone over 18 and under 28 years old at the date of registration is eligible to apply for International Volunteer Service.
- The departure for the mission is no later than the day of your 29th birthday. Beyond this date, no exemption is granted.
- You must be of either a French or European nationality (a national of a member state of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 member states of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein) or Monegasque. As the proposed VIE is based in Italy, Italian citizens are not eligible for this position, in accordance with the provisions of Business France.
- You must be in good standing with the national service obligations of the country of which you are a national.
- You must have full civil rights and a clear criminal record.
