Grayson Blair

Grayson joined Sia Partners with the U.S. acquisition of Summus Group in 2021. 

Mr. Blair graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a double-major in Political Science and Psychology and membership in Phi Beta Kappa. Over the last 25 years, Grayson worked for top financial and consulting firms like Deutsche Bank and Accenture and then held executive leadership roles at NTT DATA and Capco.

Grayson helps clients develop new strategies and tactics to increase revenue, rationalize costs, improve servicing, and optimize technology investments. He has developed deep expertise in the banking sector, having led multiple bank merger-integrations, implemented various service excellence programs, and launched new digital products and services for top U.S. banks and retirement services companies. Grayson has a deep understanding of digital banking, organizational performance, and change journey management; Mr. Blair has developed unique client experience diagnostic tools that improve the digital customer experience by minimizing friction.

Currently, Mr. Blair leads Sia’s U.S. Retail Banking & Payments practice and serves on the Global Steering Committee for the Business Transformation Team as well as the Payments Team.
