Guillaume has carried out a wide range of consulting missions for CFOs, such as regulatory projects, creation of subsidiaries, IT master plan and governance of financial information systems, realignment of performance management based on the needs of the Executive Committee, reorganization and facilitation of the finance department, etc.

He has worked in a large variety of industries such as manufacturing, transport and utilities, but also banking and insurance. 

For the past ten years, Guillaume has been in charge of our optimizing financial organizations and processes offering, typically within the framework of increasing productivity or the purchase / sale of a subsidiary. He has developed strong expertise in organizational and HR aspects of finance functions (sizing, skills...), in optimization via automation or RPA, and also innovative approaches to process redesign via Process Mining.
