Kyle Granderson

Kyle Granderson is an Associate Partner in the Seattle office of Sia Partners. He works to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provides mentorship and support to consultants on client engagements.  Throughout his career, Kyle has delivered high-quality results while empowering others to perform at the same high level.  He specializes in bringing teams together around a common goal and serving as a valuable thought partner to his clients.  

Kyle began his career in finance as a reporting analyst.  Over the past 15 years, he has developed expertise in project management, workforce analytics, change management, and process improvement.  He is certified with the PMI Institute, Prosci, and Scrum.  Kyle has experience supporting clients across industries, including technology, finance, non-profit and retail on their digital transformation journeys.

In addition to spending time with his wife and four children, you’ll find Kyle adventuring around the Pacific Northwest on skis, boats, and running trails.
