Martin Côté

With more than 30 years of experience in consulting, Martin Côté is Senior Manager within Sia Partners’ Government practice. His role is to coach and support companies in their transformation from both a business and IT perspective.

The diversity of his experiences has enabled him to master several topics such as strategic planning, enterprise architecture, alignment of technologies to business strategies, digital transformation, development cycle management and software integration. His projects have also enabled him to evolve in several areas of technology, allowing him today to advise different stakeholders and management teams with a very broad perspective.

In that respect, he has participated in numerous strategic consulting assignments in recent years, many of which enabled him to develop a real business overview, maintain business relationships and intervene on various issues related to IT management.
