Out of Hong Kong, we support clients in three types of positioning:

• Hong Kong as a global financial hub, leveraging our deep expertise in the Financial Services space across Banking (Corporate and Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Private Banking and Wealth Management, Securities Services and Asset Management), and Insurance (Protection and Investments).
• Hong Kong as a regional market to cover Greater China and the broader APAC region across industries including Luxury, Retail & FMCG, Energy & Utilities, and Transportation. Our projects span across an area that benefits from significant investments to seize growth opportunities.
• Hong Kong as a local market helping our clients adjust to a market that has dramatically evolved in 2019 and 2020.

Across all of these industries, the team has expertise in Transformation services, from Advisory to Execution and Change Management, including AI & Innovation, Marketing and Customer Experience, CFO Advisory, CIO Advisory, Operational Strategy and Excellence, and Human Resources Transformation.

On top of the traditional consulting offerings, we have also launched Consulting for Good, our international initiative as a purpose driven company consisting of four pillars: Climate Analysis Lab, Social Responsibility Lab, Responsible AI Lab, and Ethics & Compliance Lab. Sustainable Finance is one of our key strategic focuses for this year, and we have developed professional advisory frameworks to help our clients navigate and integrate ESG into their business models.
