Vincent Vigne

Vincent Vigne is Associate Partner in Finance Procurement and Real Estate. Since 2005, Vincent has been assisting finance departments in the transformation of their processes, organizations and information systems.

He has undertaken several types of missions: strategic studies and roadmaps, opportunity studies, technological choices, benchmarks, regulations, project management and audit, change management, etc.

His areas of intervention cover the main challenges of the Finance function:

• Performance management: redesign of operating models, reorganization of FP&A functions, framing and implementation of EPM projects, data factory, the democratization of management data, training of management control staff, etc.
• Transaction optimization: digitization, dematerialization and robotization of management processes, creation and development of accounting shared services centers, BPO, implementation of transactional information systems (ERP, customer/supplier invoicing tools, cash management, etc.), management of repositories, internal control, development of accounting professions, etc.
