Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.

Sia Title: Project Specialist (Non-Exempt Contractor)

Project Title: Global Corporate Investment Banking Audit Manager

Level: Mid

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 12 months 

Project Hours: 40 hours per week

Location:  Remote

The expected compensation range for this contract is $110 to $115 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities: One of our premier clients is seeking a Global Corporate Investment Banking Audit Manager. 

  • Support Corporate audit sufficiently resource the 2024 audits with sufficient skill set.
  • Participate in daily calls organized by Corporate Audit / Line of Business to facilitate process walkthroughs and audit testing work
  • Provide subject matter guidance in calibrating test plans, reviewing and challenging the control environment and assist in drafting the audit opinion
  • Document the testing work, discussions and rationale substantiating the audit opinion 
  • Work with cross-functional team and  stakeholders;
  • Produce high quality workpapers to document audit testing work & rationale supporting audit opinion

Compétences

  • 4-6 years experience in smaller commercial and large commercial banks
  • Experience in Credit Risk as it relates to commercial and large corporate customers
  • Understanding of how credit application is put together and key factors that need to be taken into account
  • Good understanding of audit methodology and audit execution
  • Excellent written and communication skills and be able to hold meaningful discussions with stakeholders;
  • Good understanding of leasing product knowledge and credit risk underwriting and monitoring processes
  • Experience with auditing credit risk and application process
  • Experience with key portfolio monitoring processes in 2nd line
  • Exposure to issue validation - leveraged finance and syndication risk
  • Exposure to syndication risk
  • Bachelor's degree required
